Total Lunar Eclipse TONIGHT!
Well I was going to hold off on making a second post until later this afternoon, as I have some interesting things to share but figured I would make a quick blurb for the total lunar eclipse tonight.
Hopefully the skies will clear and offer a view to any heading out or even just watching from the window. The eclipse will begin at 843pm tonight (Wednesday) and reach total eclipse at 1001pm. The total eclipse will last for 50 minutes with mid eclipse occuring at 1026pm. Following the end of the total eclipse at 1051pm the fading partial eclipse will still be visibile until 1209am. These times are all EST.
Enjoy!

Well I was able to catch it about a quarter of the way into it but the cloud cover now is is definately ruining the view :( It figures the snow band decides to move south at just the right time. Lots of clouds but very little snowfall. GRRRRRRR
Oh!!! Is it me or do other people think the US shouldn't try shooting down a satellite during a total Lunar Eclipse??? Hopefully the rough seas will delay the shoot down.
It just seems like the moons are against it or something ;)
lol and to top it off the USS Lake Erie was the ship selected to shoot down the missle tonight! Sounds like it went successfully though. No wonder why this country is in trouble we spent $60million to shoot down a spy sataillite we lost control of.
AH STAY AWAY FROM POLITICS!!!
Anyways... GIN CLEAR skies here in Buffalo, pretty cool site, but eh the moon got covered and turned red... snapped a few pictures have to see how they came out with my crappy camera. If I don't post later tonight I'll get something up tomorrow!
