Happy Spring - The Contest Goes On

It's time to break out the shorts sandals and T-shirts now that Spring has arrived, I think. Does anyone know what time did (does) Spring begin here in the North East???

Just a heads up before any articles come out about the Golden Snowball contest. The contest DOES NOT END the first day of spring. It ends the last day of April when the threat of any snowfall has pretty much diminished by then. The contest continues and it is still up for grabs and it's still a tight race between Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse. Last place is still pretty close also between Binghamton and Albany.

Just the sound of Spring sounds pretty good even though there is no sign of spring weather in the air doesn't it? More to come a bit later!

Tom, I think we might need all the snow we can dance up right now. I have some bad vibes that either Buffalo or Rochester is going to be getting something decent in the next week or two. Just a feeling ;)

Well i'm in Buffalo now (with my Grandma) and there's about an inch of snow on the ground here. I sure hope DaCuse gets a decent snowfall.

By the way, my Grandma says that she is tired of seeing snow in Buffalo.

Happy Easter everybody! I'm still in Buffalo. Hey Pat, any decent snowfall in DaCuse?

Could be an interesting weekend shaping up for us. A storm heading in Thrusday - Friday and sticking around for quiet a while. Looks like some flakes for us all but if this storm takes a more south and east track, which there are some slight hints towards we could be looking at a fairly major late season snowstorm.

Should have a better handel on what we will be in for later Monday into Tuesday.

Pat did I hear you say snow ...dance...?

I'm back in DaCuse now, wondering where the snow is. Actually, I found out that there could be a midweek storm that could bring a rain/snow mix to DaCuse.

Oh man, only a half inch of snow is expected tonight for DaCuse, and after that, warmer weather is expected for DaCuse :(

Hey Pat, could you please make me a team member of this blog next season?

Tom, I think I'm starting to think like your Grandma now. I want one more BIG storm and then I think it's time for some Spring like weather. Tom, I will definitely consider having you as a team member here come next season :)

Lol General to a snow dance. Only if Syracuse falls behind! I'm starting to think of maybe doing a Spring dance.

It does look pretty interesting to our west right now doesn't it? I say one more good storm with the winner taking it all. Of course last season we got a bunch I think on April 16th - 17th for Easter. Just think this was the earliest that any of us ever celebrated Easter and ever will again.
