The Golden Snowball Winter Prediction

It just dawned on me that I haven't done a winter forecast prediction yet here at goldensnowball.com . Maybe I'll get it up before the snow season is over. I suppose I could wait another couple months and really nail it down good huh? I'll do the research and try and put it up later tonight :) Obviously with most of the cities above normal right now you may think I will go that way. Could be ;)

Also, I just updated the national snow stats. You can check them out here. A little bit of shifting around in the top 10 snowiest cities but not a whole lot. All of the GSB cities survived the top 10 but it's definitely getting pretty close in that race also.

Syracuse should be in first by end of day Sat in the national contest!

I was thinking that earlier too ZR but not a whole lot going on here. Could be close though :)

I think Buffalo is going to win this round with Rochester or Bingo coming in second. Who knows? Maybe Buffalo will take the lead in both of the contests.

My kids fly back from Arizona tomorrow afternoon into the Rock so hopefully it's decent weather when they come in.

I don't know what the weather was like in Buffalo or Syracuse today, but Rochester, about a mile or two from the airport, got at least 5-6 inches of fluffy snow. It has been steadily snowing all day, sometimes very heavily. GO ROCHESTER!

Phshoooo, at least the airport came in with pretty much the same numbers as you ZR and Patrick. Their reporting 6.2 inches of snow for yesterday :) The Rock is making a move, wooo hooo.

Looking out the window about 2 inches of fresh snow here which depending on what the other cities in the nationals did may just get us to the top with Buffalo and Rochester close behind.
